Facilities include ultrasound, a labour room, and an operating theatre. A quarter of the hospital beds are reserved for the underprivileged sections of society.

The organisation has initiated several programmes aimed at enhancing community well-being and environmental sustainability. It has developed a Yoga Garden at Bandra Reclamation Promenade, offering tranquil spaces for yoga and exercise. Additionally, an Open Fitness Garden provides fitness equipment for residents of all ages. The Raashi Garden & Walking Track features forestation according to ancient Bharatiya medical science, along with cycling tracks and sports facilities. Another project, the Yoga Solar Garden, promotes renewable energy, reducing carbon emissions and protecting the environment. Furthermore, a Waste Water Purification Plant treats wastewater, diverting it from the sea to enhance the beauty of the Bandra promenade through gardening.
