Compulsory Group Training Programme

The Compulsory Group Training (CGT) is a comprehensive 5-day programme comprising hour-long sessions. Its primary objective is to educate women on corporation processes, instil financial literacy, and provide credit counselling (FLCC). Throughout the training, WEC staff gathers quantitative data to ensure participants qualify for the programme and establishes baseline information for future analysis. On the final day, senior officers conduct the Group Recognition Test (GRT), officially recognizing women as Entrepreneurs (Upasika) of the corporation upon successful completion of the test. This initiative aims to foster a culture of financial discipline and literacy among women.
