Prioritizing health as paramount, the focus centres on the well-being of the community, especially females and the elderly. Initiatives revolve around health education, emphasizing cleanliness, sanitization, and preventive healthcare to foster a healthy lifestyle. Collaborations with Government and non-government organisations result in health camps held in both urban and remote areas. The "Sakhi Sanitary Pads" campaign provides basic female care with natural materials. The healthcare programme encompasses vaccination drives, nutritious diets, and health checkups, contributing to the holistic well-being of individuals within the society.

Livelihood, defined as the means to secure life's basic necessities, encompasses a set of essential activities conducted throughout one's life. These activities span acquiring water, food, fodder, medicine, shelter, and clothing. WEC's initiative involves providing food to the needy and underprivileged in remote city areas and slums, simultaneously creating livelihood opportunities by engaging people in food preparation and distribution. Financial and monetary assistance to the poor contributes to a form of livelihood support. WEC's efforts aim to provide "Aajeevika" (livelihood) to individuals, reflecting achievements in fostering sustainable and meaningful livelihoods for the community.

Skill development and training involve identifying skills gaps in youth and offering skilling, training, and employment opportunities. WEC actively promotes talent, striving to enhance the efficiency of individuals, groups, and society at large. Various skill development programmes are implemented in both urban and remote areas. These include workshops on Boutique & Beauty Care and Embroidery Stitching, Training of Trainers for Indo-European Fusion on Khadi textile products, free training courses on Social Business Entrepreneurship & youth employability, and Rural Entrepreneurship Development Program (REDP) focusing on Herbal Products in Kalol taluka of Gandhinagar. These initiatives aim to empower individuals with valuable skills for sustainable livelihoods.

Over the course of history, the evolution of societies has been deeply intertwined with diverse forms of art and culture, including theatre, literature, painting, sculpture, poetry, music, dance, and architecture. WEC actively engages in promoting art and cultural development through initiatives like Sakhi Haat, a new effort inaugurated on Republic Day, and the Women Empowerment FLEA market in Ahmedabad. Additionally, the inauguration of Samyak Drashti Academy signifies a commitment to spiritual empowerment through cultural endeavours. These initiatives aim to foster artistic expression and cultural richness in the community.

The Compulsory Group Training (CGT) is a comprehensive 5-day programme comprising hour-long sessions. Its primary objective is to educate women on corporation processes, instil financial literacy, and provide credit counselling (FLCC). Throughout the training, WEC staff gathers quantitative data to ensure participants qualify for the programme and establishes baseline information for future analysis. On the final day, senior officers conduct the Group Recognition Test (GRT), officially recognizing women as Entrepreneurs (Upasika) of the corporation upon successful completion of the test. This initiative aims to foster a culture of financial discipline and literacy among women.
