    Project ShaktiYug is a transformative social initiative aimed at empowering women through free teacher training. The program focuses on Montessori and Early Childhood Education, catering to underprivileged women and existing teachers in both rural and urban areas. The beneficiaries of this project encompass the entire women workforce, including existing teachers, poorly educated women, and the families of these women. The outcomes are multi-faceted: existing teachers will be up-skilled, passionate but underprivileged women will receive education and empowerment, and the overall confidence and skills of the women workforce will be elevated. The certification obtained through the program will contribute to the financial upliftment and independence of teachers. Furthermore, by empowering a teacher, the impact extends to the family and younger generations, creating a ripple effect of empowerment through education.

  • 3H for Girls: Awareness and education in health, hygiene for her

    The mission of this initiative is to provide menstrual awareness on health and hygiene for adolescents, young teens, teen girls, women, teachers, and the community, emphasizing the use of alternative products that prevent damage to the environment and health. Girl children across schools, communities, and panchayats will receive education on menstrual hygiene, including crucial awareness aspects, maintaining a positive mindset, adopting environmentally friendly practices, and ensuring overall hygiene. Each participant will be provided with a health kit containing essential resources to manage their cycles. The primary beneficiaries are girl children, teens, adolescent girls, and young women, with teachers and parents also receiving education for holistic communal development.
