    Launched in 2019 by a dedicated team of young volunteers, the Sparsh project aims to educate children about the distinction between good and bad touch. This initiative spans across Government schools, playgrounds, tuition centres, and door-to-door visits, targeting children aged 4 to 12. Volunteers undergo specialized training in teaching techniques to effectively raise awareness about child molestation.
    Employing a group teaching approach, the project organizes awareness campaigns utilizing tools such as flashcards, banners, paintings, toys, and poems. The goal is to ensure that a maximum number of participants receive valuable information related to child sexual abuse.

  • Yuvika - Adolescent Girls Sensitisation in Government Schools

    Focused on advocating for the concerns and opinions of adolescent girls in society, JCF actively engages in awareness programs within Government schools in North West Delhi. The organization addresses crucial issues like Gender Equality, Sexual Abuse, Academic Failure, Peer Pressure, Health and Hygiene, Domestic Violence, Drug Effects, Male Dominance, and Confidence Development. With adolescents comprising nearly one quarter of India's population and facing challenges such as humanitarian crises, conflicts, climate change, environmental degradation, and rapid urbanization, sensitizing the youth becomes essential. JCF achieves this through diverse initiatives including sensitization campaigns, training centers, workshops, programs, seminars, and counselling sessions in government schools across Nangloi, Bakkarwala, Mundka, and surrounding villages within JCF's operational radius.

    Initiated in 2015, the project by JCF focuses on a distinctive model aimed at providing skill training to women across various employment sectors, including Beauty and Wellness, IT-ITES, Telecom, Textile and Handloom, Retail, and BFSI, adhering to NSQF guidelines.
    The Kaabil program, specifically designed for women aged 18 to 45, focuses on delivering market-driven training and offers placement opportunities. This initiative targets less-educated and underprivileged women who have been denied opportunities to establish themselves and actively participate in society.
    The program serves as a rehabilitation mechanism for women facing crisis situations. JCF Skill Academy employs a unique methodology in skilling candidates, emphasizing market readiness. Each course is meticulously designed to align with market and industry needs, ensuring that candidates acquire skills that are highly relevant and in demand.
