Rajasthan
Recognizing the untapped potential within the communities and aiming to create sustainable opportunities for economic growth, Ghoomar Mahila Samiti collaborated with SRIJAN and NABARD to initiate the development of micro-entrepreneurship in the region. The objective was to provide a platform for aspiring entrepreneurs to establish their businesses, fostering self-reliance and financial independence. To bring this vision to life, a Rural Hart was constructed in Koyalwav.
This facility serves as a hub for micro-entrepreneurs to gather and set up their small shops on a nightly basis. The Rural Hart was meticulously designed to meet the specific needs of these entrepreneurs, featuring essential amenities like toilets and bio-degradable facilities. The layout accommodates up to 40 shops, creating a lively marketplace where the community can convene and participate in economic activities.
