SJF inaugurated a new Skill Development Centre in Tenali, with the presence of Dr. Nidhi Meena, an IAS Officer, who officiated the launch.
The primary goal of this initiative is to provide certificate-based training to women in various domains such as tailoring, embroidery, handicraft, jute bag making, pickle making, and mushroom cultivation. The aim is to empower women, making them financially independent and elevating their socio-economic status while contributing to the broader cause of women empowerment. -

1. Planting saplings in selected schools and providing tree guards to ensure their growth.
2. Planting a minimum of five saplings during all major events organized by the foundation.

4. Undertaking social forestry initiatives, including afforestation along avenues, abandoned lands, revenue hillocks, waste lands, road sides, etc.
5. Protecting natural water bodies, marshlands, ponds, sanctuaries, and other ecological habitats.
6. Implementing eco-restoration efforts through agro-forestry developments and pasture development, contributing to the supply of fodder for livestock.
7. Organizing elocution, writing, essay competitions, and distributing prizes to encourage environmental awareness and participation. -

Currently, SJF has undertaken the development of Angalakuthuru village in Tenali Revenue Division. The focus is on comprehensive improvements, including education, infrastructure (such as roads and community halls, as well as renovation of existing structures), fostering social harmony and security, enhancing economic opportunities and livelihoods, promoting moral values, improving health conditions, providing clean drinking water through RO system plants, constructing and protecting water storage facilities, developing sewage mechanisms, balancing the village ecosystem, fostering fodder development, ensuring livestock health, facilitating marketing and crop banks, promoting Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), conducting skill development training, and establishing enterprises. These efforts involve collaboration and coordination among various stakeholders, including line departments, NGOs, philanthropists, companies, and well-wishers.

3. Organizing Educational Awareness Creation programs by engaging cultural and entertainment teams, aiming to emphasize the importance of education and its inherent value.
4. Providing financial assistance for higher education, scholarships, and necessary support.
5. Offering scholarships to the first and second-ranking students in classes V to X.
6. Employing English teaching professionals to conduct training sessions in all selected government schools.
