ATHROUT is committed to transforming lives by providing opportunities for individuals to earn a dignified livelihood. Through its empowerment initiatives, the organization has supported over 400 families in starting small businesses. These efforts include providing wooden carts, setting up shops, allocating sewing machines, and sponsoring skill training. Additionally, ATHROUT supplies the required materials to ensure business success. An innovative highlight of the program is the introduction of Bike Cafes, which have been successfully operating in Srinagar. This initiative thrives through the support of generous donors and the grace of the Almighty.
