Programs

  • Pehla Kadam

    Project Pehla Kadam, initiated by Nirvana Foundation, is a compassionate endeavour to embrace and empower children neglected by society. The project is open to children of all ages and backgrounds, focusing on acceptance (Embrace), realizing their potential (Educate), and self-sufficiency (Empower). This initiative centres around a dedicated Child Home, accommodating over 100 children, with each group of 15 to 20 children having two trained House Mothers responsible for their well-being. The foundation aims to offer these children shelter, education, healthcare, and vocational skills, nurturing their holistic development through recreational activities, behavioural counselling, and a strong sense of personal responsibility. Ultimately, the project strives to equip these children to lead independent, dignified lives once they reach adulthood.

  • Mamtadham

    Project Mamtadham is a compassionate initiative aimed at offering support and protection to women struggling due to exploitation or unfortunate circumstances. This project welcomes women from various backgrounds, irrespective of caste or religion, and focuses on their rehabilitation to normalcy, emotional well-being, and self-sufficiency. Women in Mamtadham are provided with shelter, food, clothing, medical care, and spiritual guidance. They undergo psychological counselling and receive education or vocational training to regain their independence and eventually become contributors to society. The project also considers family reunification, prioritising the women's best interests and future well-being. The ultimate mission is to uplift underprivileged women's socio-economic status and empower them to lead independent and self-sufficient lives.

  • Mangaldeep

    Project Mangaldeep is a dedicated effort to address the issue of elderly abandonment, upholding the Indian moral value of respect for elders. This project provides shelter, food, clothing, and essential care to homeless senior citizens who lack familial support and resources to live comfortably in their later years. The specialized homes established under Mangaldeep are tailored to the needs of the elderly, offering them dignity and a sense of belonging. The mission of Project Mangaldeep is to ensure that senior citizens can live out their lives happily, and its objectives include providing medical care, opportunities to practice their skills and talents, facilitating family reunification when possible, and promoting fellowship, recreation, mental support, social engagement, and spiritual well-being for the elderly.
