While it primarily operates in western India, it has also engaged in various nationwide projects and initiatives across Asia and Africa, offering services, products, consultations, and advisory support. The efforts span both rural and urban sectors. In rural areas, it specializes in providing technology consultancy and training in decentralized renewable energy for household energy services and climate-aligned agriculture. Meanwhile, in urban areas, the focus lies in implementing organic waste management technologies and conducting capacity-building exercises. It is also involved in policy advocacy related to climate-aligned and sustainable urban development.

  • Steam Cooker Stove

    Samuchit’s Steam Cooker Stove is a steamer powered by charcoal or renewable char briquettes. Capable of cooking three items simultaneously, it is ideal for preparing a rice-based meal for 2-5 people. This slow-cooking stove reduces the cook's time and maintains low temperatures to preserve taste and nutrition in the dishes. Additionally, it serves as a versatile appliance that can also be used for baking.

  • Sampada Gasifier Stove

    Wood pieces, wood waste, coconut shells, garden waste, agricultural waste, and bamboo waste can power the Natural Draft Gasifier Stove. Versatile in its application, this stove can be used for cooking, water heating, campfires, and space heating. After it is ignited, it operates smoke-free, emitting an almost colourless and hot woodgas flame. An added benefit is the production of biochar when using woody fuels, which can be harvested at the end of the operation.

  • ELFD Sampada Smokeless Stove

    Samuchit introduces the ELFD Sampada Smokeless Stove, an innovative cooking solution that operates without electricity, batteries, fans, or blowers. Designed to use wood pieces, wood waste, coconut shells, bamboo waste, briquettes, and similar fuels, it employs a steam jet to create forced draft, generated from a portion of the heat within the fuel chamber. The Smokeless Stove is ideal for institutional cooking and can prepare food for 10-15 persons efficiently.

  • Char Briquettes

    District

    Samuchit's Char Briquettes are crafted from coconut waste through an efficient, pollution-free process. These briquettes possess a calorific value ranging between 4000 to 5000 kcal/kg and offer quick ignition, burning with minimal smoke once ignited properly. Ideal for use in charcoal stoves, they are particularly well-suited for Samuchit Steam Cooker Stoves. However, these briquettes are not suitable for commercial barbecues or tandoors. The residual ash can be utilized by adding it to garden soil or for scrubbing cooking pots.

  • Organic Deodoriser

    Samuchit’s Organic Deodoriser designed to eliminate odours from enclosed spaces such as closets, toilets, and other closed environments. This product not only effectively removes unwanted smells but also contributes to sustaining rural livelihoods. It comprises semi-activated char derived from agricultural waste through an eco-friendly process, ensuring efficiency while being environmentally conscious.

    Samuchit’s Char Soap is a glycerine-based Aloevera soap infused with semi-activated char powder. This soap serves as an efficient cleanser for handwashing, available in delightful fragrances.

  • Trashflasher Kiln

    Samuchit’s Trashflasher Kiln is a solution that converts garden and agricultural waste into renewable char or biochar. This lightweight, portable kiln is easy to operate, designed for backyard use to fulfil personal needs or for establishing a microenterprise for livelihood generation. Its simple design allows for effortless assembly and disassembly, and it conveniently packs into a compact bundle for easy transport.
