Programs

  • Knowledge Building

ARAVALI conducts high-quality research projects and aggressively seeks out new, pertinent fields that need investigation to inform practice and policy changes. Additionally, efforts are made to forward the outcomes and make them accessible to all stakeholders so they can be used. These research projects allow ARAVALI to offer services such as information and knowledge bases on emerging development concerns, important priority sectors, and contributions to policy discussions and practices.

  • Capacity Enhancement - Customised support to NGOs

Through its training programs, professional support services, information assistance, and handling help to voluntary organizations, ARAVALI has played a significant role in capacity improvement.ARAVALI has tried new things, changed course, and created comprehensive support programs out of its experiments. Through these support programs, organizations can better define their responsibilities, broaden their perspectives, invest in people resources, fortify their community, get specialized support, reinforce their operating systems, and transform into organizations capable of meeting today's issues.

  • Poverty & Targeting

ARAVALI assists partner organizations in determining the poorest and most vulnerable processes as well as the geographic reach of their services. Tools and procedures have been created and tested by ARAVALI for this purpose. Organizational employees are trained to use these tools and process sets by ARAVALI. To identify impoverished and vulnerable households, the procedure will be further led and facilitated. To help partner organizations benefit from each other's experiences, ARAVALI also hosts review and peer learning workshops on the targeting process. ARAVALI offers organizations hand-holding support.

The baseline evaluation of the families comes after the targeting process. The identified families are engaged in extensive engagement through the use of an Instrument of Engagement. The identification of the underlying causes of poverty and the planning and provision of livelihood support and services come after the baseline assessment procedure.
