The organisation implements rights-based, community-centred programmes to address societal challenges. It establishes 'Compassionate Communities', empowering youth and women leaders who have received global recognition. Through initiatives like Bal Panchayat, it fosters democratic participation among children and youth, resolving community issues. Additionally, it supports nomadic communities, ensuring access to rights and education, and reducing discrimination. Bal Ashram serves as a sanctuary for marginalized children, offering healing and empowerment through compassion, with many alumni becoming leaders in various fields.

The Experiential Learning Programme (ELP) by the organisation aims to elevate individuals' 'Compassion Quotient' and encourage them to enact 'Compassion in Action' in their daily lives. Drawing from insights of 'Compassionate Communities', it integrates multidisciplinary research and evidence-based practices. Participants engage in reflective exercises, interactive problem-solving, and immersive community learning experiences. Through the ELP, individuals cultivate a stronger sense of interconnectedness and personal satisfaction, reinforcing their dedication to human dignity, kindness, and collective accountability.
