YOUTH CAREER BUILDING PROJECT

An innovative programme called the Youth Career Building Project assists young people from rural areas who have earned degrees and are looking for work. To achieve this, it offers qualifying applicants needed housing, food, and other necessities for a maximum of 15 members every batch. Along with providing the youth with the necessary skills to enter the workforce, this project also helps them locate employment that interests them.

The mission of the Cheers Foundation is to support rural women without jobs in their communities by offering long-term solutions.
The Foundation has been providing a variety of sewing machines and an instructor for each group of women so they may learn how to sew and make money from it. Hundreds of women from all around India have gained skills through this special project that eventually drew in a large number of clients, allowing them to now work with dignity for a living.
The inception of this project stemmed from the realisation that economic growth will remain uneven unless gender inequality is tackled, particularly in rural regions. In addition to offering these women a means of support, it also gives them a valuable skill set and opens doors for them that they would not have otherwise had.
