Goals: Our goals are to impact the scenario of early intervention in India, by providing services, awareness, and capacity building. Vision: To provide quality special education and allied early intervention services for young children with disabilities. Mission: To establish an organisation that delivers high-quality early intervention programs for children with any difficulties, regardless of learning levels, gender, or socio-economic status. Objectives: As an organization our objectives are to Provide quality special education and therapy services for children, below the age of 8 years, with disabilities. Increase awareness regarding the importance of early intervention amongst all stakeholders. Provide training for teachers working with young children to help screen and identify children with developmental delays. Support parents and build their skills in early childcare. Provide these services with appropriate infrastructure and through professionally trained staff. Services Offered: Group Programs- special education for children covering holistic development as well as specific age-appropriate skills, like social-emotional skills, interpersonal relations, communication, daily living skills, academics, creative arts, and expression. Group programs include individual special education, speech therapy, and sensory-motor therapy. We also have well-qualified Speech and Language Pathologists, Developmental Therapists, Special Educators and Psychologists. Savita Koshy, Director Savita Koshy is a qualified and RCI-registered special educator with 18 + years of experience in the field of early intervention and is in charge of the complete functioning of all the early intervention programs of the Nidhi Foundation for Early Interventions. She oversees the technical programs of the centres. Gayatri Kiran, Director Gayatri Kiran is a Psychologist with 25+ years of experience in the area of early childhood care and education. She is in charge of program planning, training and capacity building along with Savita.
