idyadaan Sahayyak Mandal (VSM) is an NGO, working since 2008, dedicated to providing an opportunity to underprivileged, needy and deserving students, particularly from various parts of Maharashtra, to pursue their education and become self-reliant and responsible citizens.

With an alumni base of 750+ students, at present we have 650+ students enrolled with us for various courses, and they are guided by 400+ Volunteers. T Read morehese students are academically sound, enterprising but disadvantaged. They typically come from weak financial and social backgrounds, with no one to guide them in the right direction. They are selected through a rigorous process, usually after they have completed 10th or 12th class exams. Currently, these students are studying in various streams of education like Medical, Engineering, Nursing, Fine Arts, Commerce, Social Sciences, Occupation Therapy, Veterinary, Vocational training, ITI etc under the guidance of 16 different career streams. The career streams take various initiatives to groom students for their holistic development and make them employment worthy.
Action
Currently VSM has 650+ students studying under different streams viz. Medical, Engineering, Nursing, Commerce, Science, Visual arts etc. Each stream lead takes various initiatives for the all-round development of the students. Some of these initiatives include English speaking courses, Sessions for Public speaking, Mock Interviews and GD preparation, nomination for different camps like 'One Week for the Nation', Sevankur, Nirman etc
