Impact

The first Lighthouse was set up on June 25, 2016, in Pune, Maharashtra in collaboration with Pune Municipal Corporation and the Smart City Mission. Today, there are 38 Lighthouses in various cities across India. - 1,850 slum communities have been reached through various efforts - More than 1,70,000 direct beneficiaries have been impacted through the Livelihood, Digital Empowerment and Education programs - 70% of the youth who were placed through the placement interventions, are still in the formal sector post one year - 100+ skilling organisations have been partnered with - 7,500+ placement partners: Employers aware of challenges faced by underserved youth from urban slum communities - 20+ local and state-level government partnerships

Vision and Mission

The vision is for young citizens to find their purpose and achieve full potential, with a mission to provide agency, resilience and livelihoods for 1 million young citizens by 2030.
