We impact system processes and develop the capabilities of government system leaders as part of our two-pronged approach to change. We collaborate to Read moredevelop programs that change teaching-learning methodologies and enhance student learning and well-being in collaboration with the state and local education authorities. By combining this effort with our research and advising services to impact policy, we aim to establish successful public education systems in India. We recognise, comprehend, and respond to the feelings and viewpoints of those in our immediate vicinity. We evaluate the circumstances and take autonomous action. We promise to accomplish the desired outcomes. We make an effort to act morally, and we cooperate to achieve a common goal. We accept our difficulties without getting agitated or nervous.

Panaah Communities
The Leadership For Skilled Education Foundation is home to the Panaah Communities project, which aims to create resilient communities that don't fail their kids. We think that community stakeholders must be empowered in order to realise any goal that aims to maintain change in learning or any other social indicator.

Through the Amazon Future Engineers Program, Leadership For Equity (LFE) & Pi-Jam Foundation (PJF), in collaboration with Amazon India CSR, are dedicated to establishing chances that promote 21st-century competencies like critical thinking and problem-solving for marginalised students in Maharashtra's government schools.
