    In 2013, Moinee Foundation launched Project Utkarsh in Rajasthan, partnering with District Collectors, the Education Department, and CSR partners to activate ICT computer labs in government schools. The initiative empowers over 5 lakh students from classes 8th to 10th through curriculum-based, curiosity-driven learning in local languages. It includes three variants: CORE, which enhances e-learning using existing ICT infrastructure, School-in-a-Box, delivering digital content without internet, and Model School, transforming schools with innovative, playful learning environments and upgraded digital infrastructure.
