  • CERE’s Carbon Map & Cap Programmes

    CERE’s Carbon Map & CapTM program guides organizations in identifying strategic environmental opportunities and linking environmental performance to business value. By assessing greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories and CDP responses, CERE supports clients in pursuing sustainable development. Carbon footprint assessment and mitigation enhance Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance, address climate change risks, and boost brand image and investor confidence. Services include carbon footprint assessment, emission data analysis, benchmarking, risk identification, GHG reporting support, and environmental employee engagement programmes.

  • Urban Afforestation Project

    CERE’s Urban Afforestation Project (UAP) enhances green coverage in Indian cities by assisting companies, organisations, and individuals in reducing their carbon footprint. The project calculates carbon sequestration at each plantation site using a scientific approach that considers species type, sapling age, and growth projections over 5, 10, or 15 years. Both sponsored and private plantations receive carbon sequestration assessments, with certification provided upon completion. The assessment methodology, verified according to ISAE 3410 standards, aligns with the GHG Protocol developed by WRI and WBCSD.
