Abhyuday Sansthan is a non-profit, voluntary organization founded by a group of dedicated social workers and volunteers in 1996-97. It was established Read more under Section 21 of the Societies Registration Act, 1860, and is also privileged under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA) of 1976. The organization benefits from tax exemptions under Sections 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Additionally, Abhyuday Sansthan is accredited by MICA and IICA, the nodal CSR wing under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and is registered with NGO Darpan (NITI Aayog) and GuideStar.
