Our main goal is to give underprivileged women and youth access to vocational training so they may acquire useful skills for the fast-paced employment market of today. We passionately support women's empowerment as a proud national partner of NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation). Our unwavering commitment is to foster a fairer society by arming women with the resources and know-how to thrive, thereby improving their social and financial standing. Working with more than 42 major corporations, we have changed the lives of more than 100,000 young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Orion provides holistic skill development training and career counseling to empower youth from marginalized and vulnerable sections of society, offering courses in various sectors including IT, Hospitality, Retail, Healthcare, and more.

Orion has skilled more than 1 lakh youth from rural and semi-urban areas across 28 states, covering 90+ districts including difficult geographical locations and conflict-affected zones.

It is essential for increasing private sector development, encouraging equitable economic growth, and lowering poverty. Long-term poverty reduction necessitates both structural changes towards high-productivity industries and economic diversification. This calls for a more flexible and skilled labour force that can encourage both domestic and foreign investment.

Established 100+ skilling centers, economically empowered 35,000+ women, and created 3000+ industry linkages. Trained youth in more than 90 job roles across 20 sectors.
