    Description

    Patanjali Ayurved Limited has established the Patanjali Research Institute to advance clinical research in Ayurveda.     Patanjali Ayurved Limited is undertaking the Gau Sanvardhan programme to enhance cow breeds in India. Despite having 113 recorded species of cows, only 38 remain, with just a few known for high milk production. The organisation is constructing the world’s most modern cow shelter and plans to establish similar centres nationwide. Through breed selection, semen selection, and embryo transplantation, it aims to improve cow breeds capable of producing 50-60 kg of milk. Patanjali plans to invest Rs. 500 crore in this project to enhance nearly nine crore domestic cows and restore the esteemed status of cows in India.
