Patanjali Ayurved Limited operates 'Acharyakulam,' a residential educational institute that combines traditional wisdom with modern education. It integrates the ancient Gurukulam tradition, which was followed by ancestral Rishis and Munis, with contemporary scientific, professional, and IT-enabled education systems. This blend aims to provide holistic learning experiences, merging age-old knowledge with the latest educational advancements.

Patanjali Ayurved Limited has established the Patanjali Research Institute to advance clinical research in Ayurveda. With an initial investment of Rs 100 crore, it focuses on rigorous research processes from laboratory testing to animal trials and eventually human trials. This method aims to validate the scientific aspects of Ayurveda and offer new hope to patients who have not found success with allopathic treatments. Through this evidence-based approach, it seeks to gain global recognition for Ayurveda as a credible medical practice.

Patanjali Ayurved Limited is undertaking the Gau Sanvardhan programme to enhance cow breeds in India. Despite having 113 recorded species of cows, only 38 remain, with just a few known for high milk production. The organisation is constructing the world’s most modern cow shelter and plans to establish similar centres nationwide. Through breed selection, semen selection, and embryo transplantation, it aims to improve cow breeds capable of producing 50-60 kg of milk. Patanjali plans to invest Rs. 500 crore in this project to enhance nearly nine crore domestic cows and restore the esteemed status of cows in India.

Patanjali Ayurved Limited actively assists the poor, disabled individuals, orphans, leprosy patients, and those affected by calamities or who are kin of martyrs. It provides direct aid and substantial donations to organisations dedicated to helping these vulnerable groups. Patanjali's efforts in this area are widely recognised throughout the country.

Patanjali Ayurved Limited, through its five institutes—Patanjali Yoga Committee, Mahila Patanjali Yoga Committee, Bharat Swabhiman, Yuva Bharat, and Kisan Panchayat—provides free yoga training to over five lakh individuals across India. These institutes also engage in activities like plantation drives, blood donation, cleanliness drives, and other social services, expanding their efforts annually. The organisation runs Non-Residential Yoga Camps under Swami Ramdev Ji Maharaj, benefiting over 15 million people globally. Additionally, more than 650 Patanjali Yoga Committees, with about 1 lakh trained teachers, offer free yoga classes, helping millions through morning and evening sessions.

Patanjali Ayurved Limited aims to create a disease-free India by offering affordable healthcare and free medical consultations. It has established numerous Patanjali Chikitsalayas (Clinics) and Patanjali Arogya Kendras (Health Centres) across the country to serve this purpose. These centres provide high-quality Ayurvedic medicines and daily household products, all manufactured using traditional methods.
