It provided N95 respirators to Nair Hospital, operated by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), and distributed cotton masks and sanitizers to the Mumbai Police. The organisation also supplied ventilators to hospitals in Delhi and Gurgaon. Additionally, it distributed ration kits to 1,000 underprivileged families in Mumbai who were affected by the pandemic. Moreover, it provided washable cotton masks to 5,000 tribal children in the Rowmari area of Assam’s Chirang district.

It provided scholarships and skill-building support to 28 female students pursuing engineering, empowering them towards financial independence. The organisation also sponsored the education of 10 girls from rural and tribal areas in Karnataka. The company also donated a school bus to the 3E Education Trust and distributed 451 bicycles to students in need across Kerala.

It supplied sanitary napkins to 10,000 girls in rural India annually for two years. Additionally, it conducted eye screenings across multiple states and funded cataract surgeries for those in need. The company upgraded a community health centre in Pulwama by providing diagnostic equipment, installed 15 water purification plants in various states, and enhanced a pathology lab in Mumbai with advanced tuberculosis detection equipment.

HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Limited has extended its support to communities impacted by disasters through various relief efforts. In response to the Kolhapur floods, the organisation distributed utensil kits to 500 affected families across four villages. It also addressed the water crisis in the Beed district of Maharashtra, providing safe drinking water to over 3,144 families from 14 villages as part of its drought mitigation programme. Additionally, following severe frost in the Pulwama district of Jammu & Kashmir, the company provided solar lights to four villages, enhancing their access to essential lighting during difficult times.

The organisation provided nutritious meals to children in need and distributed 10,000 pollution masks to students in eight government schools in Delhi. It also organised a community road safety awareness programme during Road Safety Week and provided 5,000 raincoats to Mumbai Traffic Police. Additionally, the company beautified three traffic islands in Mumbai and supported the Environment Conservation Association in establishing an environmental observatory for noise and air pollution in Pune. It also constructed 750 individual toilets and conducted vocational training in spice cultivation and dairy development.
