    Each year on May 31st, Yakshanidhi hosts an artists' gathering (samaavesha), offering a range of support and activities for artists. These include organizing medical checkup camps, providing healthcare services, conducting art workshops, and gifting valuable items to participants. Additionally, artists are covered under the JeevanAnand Insurance scheme, with Yakshanidhi covering 50% of the premium costs. A directory listing the names and contact details of all Yakshagana artists is published annually and distributed to them for easy reference. In collaboration with the Canara Bus Owners Association, Yakshanidhi also provides professional artists with bus passes that include a 50% discount.

    To support academically strong yet financially challenged students in Udupi district, the Vidyaposhak wing was founded in 2005. This program is open to students from low-income backgrounds who studied in Kannada medium and scored 80% or above in SSLC. Vidyaposhak volunteers conduct home visits to verify applicants' claims, evaluate their financial situation, and assess their needs, ultimately recommending eligible students for scholarship support.
