    Punaravartan is a campaign that aims to make all Indian festivals and rituals completely zero waste by reusing and recycling the materials and products used in the celebration of the festivals. This will enable the protection of water sources from pollution and also ensure zero to landfill.

    This programme has been endorsed by the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board and the Chief Minister and Depy Chief Minister of Maharashtra with an instruction that it must be replicated across 43 cities in Maharashtra.

  • VASUDHA NATURE LEARNING

    VASUDHA is an integrated learning and Nature education space run for under privileged children starting February 2024. This work began in the village of Awhalwadi outside the city of Pune and takes only 30 kids at a time. The children are exposed to various experiences of Nature and introduced to issues of sustainability at a very young age. The programme is now slowly spreading to neighbouring villages also. The programme aims to deepen the childs connect to Self, Community and Nature.

    This programme aims to revive approaches to Nature and sustainability through ancient Indian Knowledge systems. The work began in association with the Vinoba Bhave Janmasthan ashram in Gagode village, Raigad district Maharashtra. eCoexist Foundation supports the vision of the ashram of self sufficiency in terms of food clothing and shelter. Voluntary activities to support the community with agriculture and other tasks are arranged and citizens of Mumbai and Pune are invited to participate. Webinars on the vision of Sarvodaya and its relevance to sustainability are hosted by the eCoexist Foundation.
