Additionally, Eikas Foundation provides personalized mentoring for highly motivated children, guiding them towards successful careers in science and engineering, ensuring they receive the support and inspiration needed to excel in these fields.

The Teacher Continuing Professional Development program is designed to support educators in facilitating STEM programs in their schools. This program offers hands-on enquiry-based projects, allowing teachers to experience the process of scientific investigation firsthand. We foster peer learning in a safe, reflective environment where educators can share ideas and try new approaches. Additionally, we provide support to help teachers adapt these activities for effective implementation in their classrooms, ensuring a meaningful learning experience for both educators and students.

The SEL Collective program brings together children, parents, and educators to foster discussions on enhancing the well-being of children through self-management, relationships, and social consciousness. This initiative invites institutions, psychologists, counselors, therapists, and other professionals to share their insights and experiences on addressing social-emotional well-being in various settings, including classrooms, schools, homes, and communities. The program aims to create a collaborative space where participants can explore effective strategies and practices to nurture the emotional and social development of children and adolescents.

The Eikas Family Center offers valuable programs focused on supporting family wellbeing. Recognizing the significant role parents, caregivers, and families play in shaping children's lives, the center provides resources and forums to address key challenges. Topics discussed include healthy habits, parenting styles, strengthening parental relationships, managing stress, fostering quality family time, tackling gadget addiction, and navigating career choices. These initiatives aim to equip families with the tools and knowledge to create nurturing environments that promote the overall wellbeing of both children and adults, ensuring lasting positive impacts on their lives.

The 21st Century Skills Program is designed to equip students with essential skills for success in school, career, and life. Through engaging workshops, students explore key areas such as resilience, self-awareness, and managing difficult emotions. The program emphasizes the importance of developing healthy routines, including physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, along with effective study habits.
