GVF has made significant strides in the domain of skill development, earning recognition for its impactful initiatives. GVF is also organizing a high-profile summit of IT CEOs, aiming to secure annual commitments for training and hiring youth from Haryana. • Rural Welfare

The Government of Haryana, with expert advisory support, initiated a cluster-based agro-development program across its districts. Under this initiative, clusters of 10–15 villages were strategically formed in each district, each specializing in the production and processing of agricultural goods aligned with market demand. The program ensures that each cluster is designed according to the ecological diversity of its region, promoting sustainability and efficiency. In addition, concerted efforts have been made to establish robust market linkages, ensuring farmers receive fair and profitable returns for their produce. This initiative aims to enhance rural livelihoods and agricultural productivity.
