Programs

  • In-House Training Programmes

The organization's in-house training workshops are located on the La Martiniere Boys' School campus, fully equipped with the necessary infrastructure to deliver effective skill development and capacity-building programs for trainees.

SEOMP’s skill development training encompasses a wide range of technical disciplines, focusing on building practical competence through hands-on experimentation and troubleshooting. The curriculum is enriched with additional modules, including Entrepreneurship Training, Soft Skills, Life Coping Skills, Spoken English, Personality Development, and Interview Skills.

Training is conducted by a dedicated team of in-house faculty members, complemented by sessions from eminent guest faculty, ensuring a well-rounded and impactful learning experience.

  • Training cum Production Programme

The training-cum-production programs in Printing, Tailoring, and Machine Knitting were introduced a few years ago to provide trainees with hands-on experience in real-world commercial and production settings.

The Printing section of La Martiniere SEOMP handles printing assignments for La Martiniere as well as other esteemed schools and NGOs. Similarly, the Tailoring and Machine Knitting sections efficiently fulfill orders for school uniforms and winter wear from La Martiniere, other prominent schools, and childcare homes in Kolkata. These programs not only equip trainees with practical skills but also contribute to meeting the needs of the community.
