Since its inception in 2012, the academy has consistently produced athletes who have excelled in the Olympic discipline of Taekwondo at various levels, including district, divisional, state, zonal, and national competitions. An initiative by Taekwondo Master Rao aimed at empowering women has been successfully running since 2016. Participants undergo intensive physical and mental training, learning self-defence techniques specifically curated from the discipline of Taekwondo. This workshop is designed to equip women with the necessary skills to protect themselves in various situations, promoting both confidence and resilience. Over the years, the programme has gained popularity for its unique approach, combining martial arts with mental strength training, making it more than just a physical exercise. Taekwondo Master Rao’s dedication to women’s safety and empowerment has made this initiative a valuable resource, with renowned NGOs such as the Women Welfare Society forming partnerships to conduct the programme at their women’s rehabilitation centres regularly.

Taekwondo Master Rao believes that fine arts, including drawing and painting, play a crucial role in fostering a child's mental imagery skills, contributing to their overall development. With this vision in mind, the Art Attack Contest has been held annually since 2019, attracting students from various districts across Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Goa. The competition serves as a platform for young talent to showcase their artistic abilities, encouraging creativity and growth in fine arts. Through this contest, the Yakshit NGO has discovered and nurtured emerging talents, supporting them in pursuing their passion for the arts. Taekwondo Master Rao’s initiative not only highlights the importance of artistic development in children but also offers opportunities for them to receive recognition and guidance in fine arts, contributing to their holistic growth. The annual event has become a celebrated occasion for art enthusiastic kids and has consistently helped uncover promising new talents

To promote the ancient Indian art of yoga for wellness and fitness among Taekwondo athletes and their families during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, Taekwondo Master Rao initiated the "A Day with Yoga" programme. The programme focuses on enhancing both physical and mental health through yoga, which proved especially beneficial during the challenging pandemic period. Due to its success, the event is now conducted biannually, helping participants incorporate yoga into their routines for long-term well-being and resilience

This thrilling programme offers an adventurous/edcuational experience for school-going children, exposing them to various terrestrial activities such as rappelling, river crossing, jungle trekking, tent pitching, and basic survival skills in the wilderness. Designed to foster confidence, resilience, and teamwork, the programme equips children with valuable life skills while connecting them with nature. Since its inception in 2016, "An Escapade at the Woods" has been conducted on a biannual basis, attracting enthusiastic participation from students across different schools. The event not only provides a platform for outdoor exploration but also encourages physical fitness, problem-solving, and a spirit of adventure among the youth. Taekwondo Master Rao's initiative has had a lasting impact, helping children develop essential skills and an appreciation for the outdoors.

Careerscape – Mapping the Mind is a structured career guidance and capacity-building initiative launched by Yakshit Yuva Foundation, aimed at empowering school students to make informed and strategic decisions regarding their academic and professional futures.

The programme adopts a holistic approach to career exploration, combining psychometric assessments, expert-led workshops, personalised counselling, and exposure to diverse career domains—including underrepresented fields such as sports and physical education. Through this initiative, students are guided to identify their aptitudes, align their interests with viable career pathways, and acquire the skills necessary to pursue them effectively.

To date, Careerscape has positively impacted over 8,000 beneficiaries, enabling them to navigate their aspirations with clarity and confidence. The programme’s emphasis on early intervention and informed decision-making contributes significantly to long-term academic success.
