CREDAI Skilling Initiative
Since its establishment in 2015, CCF has trained over 100,000 workers, with a strong commitment to developing a skilled workforce for the construction sector through both on-site and off-site training programs. On-site training combines theory and hands-on practice to skill workers directly at construction sites. Off-site training focuses on preparing youth from source areas for relevant job roles in the construction industry, providing them with placement opportunities and guidance for entrepreneurial ventures.
CCF aims to enhance the lives of workers by improving their employment prospects and earning potential. This, in turn, positively impacts their families' education and quality of life, while contributing to the country’s human capital development. By providing economic opportunities to underserved communities, CCF fosters generational change and actively supports the growth of the nation’s economy.

Labour Welfare
Labour welfare refers to the voluntary efforts made by employers to enhance the conditions of employment for their employees. Its primary goal is to improve workers' standard of living, positively impacting their psychology and boosting productivity. Labour welfare encompasses facilities such as housing, healthcare, education, rest areas, fair wages, reasonable working hours, and insurance—ultimately improving workers' physical, mental, and moral well-being. Providing benefits like insurance and creating safe working environments foster a sense of security for workers, while also enhancing the employer’s goodwill and strengthening worker-employer relations.
CCF is dedicated to raising awareness among developers about workers' needs and ensuring that labour camps provide adequate facilities for workers and their families. This includes initiatives such as childcare centres (creches), clean sanitation facilities, safe drinking water, nutritious food, and improved living conditions.
CCF is also committed to facilitating the BoCW registration for workers, ensuring they can access government-provided benefits like life and disability coverage, health and maternity care, housing support, and more.
