Karunalaya offers clean and hygienic dormitory accommodations for all residents. Fresh and healthy vegetarian meals are provided on weekdays, with non-vegetarian meals served on Sundays, feast days, and on occasions when sponsored. Medicines are administered daily as per individual needs, and regular medical dressing of wounds is performed by a nurse. In cases of serious illness, residents are transferred to local hospitals in Belagavi and Pirna, Goa. All services are provided free of charge, ensuring comprehensive care for the residents.
