Enabling Child and Human Rights with Seed Organizations (ECHO) is a multi-stakeholder forum established in 2019 as a joint initiative of the seed indu Read morestry and non-governmental organizations. ECHO aims to identify issues and promote ethical seed production supply chain practices, ensuring decent workplace standards in the hybrid seed industry. ECHO's evolution began in 2003 with the formation of the Child Labour Elimination Group (CLEG) in collaboration with the Association of Seed Industries (ASI). This initiative was later renamed the Child Care Program (CCP) before adopting its current structure as ECHO in December 2019. Throughout its journey, ECHO has been committed to promoting child rights and decent work conditions, garnering support from social research organizations, seed industry members, and other voluntary entities.

ECHO's Comprehensive Training Initiatives
It serves as a pivotal knowledge base, offering capacity-building programs tailored for diverse stakeholders, including member companies, industry representatives, human rights advocates, field staff, farmers, and laborers. ECHO's Child Care Program
