Antim Sanskar Seva provides bereaved families with dignified and seamless funeral arrangements, ensuring the last rites are conducted with respect, free of cost. The service facilitates body transportation from the hospital to home and then to the crematorium, arranges priests, and provides essential materials for rituals. It assists with cremation, ash recovery, death certificate formalities, organ donation, embalming, intercity transportation, and prayer meeting arrangements for all communities.

After over a decade of supporting 14,000 Mumbai families through Antim Sanskar Seva, the initiative expanded with Antim Prasthan, a vision to redevelop Mata Ramabai Ambedkar Smashan Bhumi on Dr E. Moses Road. As one of Mumbai’s few non-denominational crematoriums, it offers free services to all communities. In 2019, Hiralal Parekh Parivar Charity Trust signed an MoU with MCGM to redevelop and manage the facility for five years.
