Initiated in 2013-14, the scholarship is awarded after assessing the financial capability and academic performance of the applicant to ensure that it goes to the most deserving and needy scholar. Under the AWOO Foundation Scholarship, 4,310 scholarships have been granted in 11 years, and numerous scholarships have been renewed for various undergraduate and postgraduate students in a diverse range of courses.
