This program focuses on introducing modern technologies and community-driven business models to enhance traditional livelihoods. Currently, three livelihood projects are underway. The fish-rearing initiative, spanning 19 villages, ensures systematic collection and direct payments to fishermen. Dairy farming helps prevent migration by linking milk producers with external dairies, offering training, and planning a processing unit for value-added products. Also, the Hirda collection remains a key economic activity, with structured trade and processing poised to improve local prosperity significantly.

This programme empowers women through self-help groups (SHGs) based on trust and cooperation, fostering both economic and social independence. Skill-based training and access to financial support enable SHGs to gain stability through project-based opportunities. Participation in exhibitions and community initiatives enhances entrepreneurial skills, while training in mushroom cultivation, poultry farming, and food processing equips women to build sustainable livelihoods, ensuring long-term growth and self-sufficiency.
