The home features modern amenities such as spacious dormitories with good ventilation, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and multi-functional activity spaces. It ensures the children’s safety with CCTV surveillance and maintains a structured environment with nutritious diets and planned activities aimed at their holistic development. Physical exercise, yoga, dance, and educational support are among the extracurricular offerings, while counsellors address social and emotional challenges. Dedicated committees, led by experienced Miltonians, oversee various aspects such as academics, health, food, and activities to ensure efficient operations. Volunteers actively contribute to the smooth functioning of the initiative, leveraging decades of experience and expertise in child care. Advisors play a crucial role in sustaining their growth by building capable teams and adhering to statutory regulations like the JJ Act. With a commitment to societal betterment, it continues to foster a nurturing environment that empowers children to thrive.

New Snehalaya Home Project
It plans to consolidate the operations of three Snehalaya homes in Bengaluru by housing all children under one roof at a single location, facilitated by a long-term lease on favourable terms. A philanthropist's support has enabled this initiative, aimed at creating a state-of-the-art facility under the leadership of Miltonian Kamlesh Desai. The unified home is designed to improve administrative efficiency while achieving significant cost savings, aligning with the founder and trustees' vision of enhanced care for Snehalaya's children.

MILT School Projects
It supports a residential school in Simultala, Bihar, where students from 6th to 12th grade follow the open school syllabus and receive training in areas like leadership, public speaking, and sports, complemented by free modern amenities. It also runs a primary school on the same premises for around 100 children from marginalised communities, providing them with English-medium education, learning materials, uniforms, meals, and other essentials, all at no cost, fostering inclusive growth and empowerment.
