The unified home is designed to improve administrative efficiency while achieving significant cost savings, aligning with the founder and trustees' vision of enhanced care for Snehalaya's children.

It supports a residential school in Simultala, Bihar, where students from 6th to 12th grade follow the open school syllabus and receive training in areas like leadership, public speaking, and sports, complemented by free modern amenities. It also runs a primary school on the same premises for around 100 children from marginalised communities, providing them with English-medium education, learning materials, uniforms, meals, and other essentials, all at no cost, fostering inclusive growth and empowerment.
