It operates six advanced factories across India, manufacturing over 60 products in nine categories, including Backhoe Loaders, Skid Steer Loaders, Telehandlers, Excavators, and Diesel Generators. It has also built a strong local supply chain with nearly 380 Indian suppliers, ensuring over 95% indigenisation of its Backhoe Loaders. With an extensive network of over 60 dealers and 700 outlets across India and neighbouring countries, it provides comprehensive product support through five strategically located warehouses.

Beyond manufacturing, it focuses on skill development and community initiatives. It runs 10 Operator Training Centres, training over 30,000 individuals in machine operations and maintenance. A welding training programme at its Jaipur facility supports career growth, particularly for women engineers. Its CSR efforts, led by in-house foundations, support education for 15,500 students, empower rural artisans, and assist women’s groups with market access. Additionally, it has pioneered initiatives such as Nila House, promoting traditional crafts, and the JCB Prize for Literature, recognising outstanding Indian fiction.
