The organisation provides advanced facilities for athletes, including a combat hall with specialised zones for boxing, wrestling, and judo, along with physiotherapy and recovery rooms. It offers a gymnasium equipped with modern training tools, a sports science lab for performance enhancement, and accommodations designed to house up to 300 athletes. It also features a club house, cafeteria, and a learning center that supports academic growth and holistic development, ensuring athletes balance education and sports. The integrated facilities promote high-performance training and overall well-being.

The organisation operates multiple regional programs to nurture talent in various sports. In Haryana, it manages the Hau Giri Centre for wrestling and boxing, enhancing infrastructure and offering specialised training, while also serving as a feeder to its main institute. Himachal Pradesh hosts the High Altitude Boxing Academy, which supports over 100 athletes in extreme conditions and has earned over 341 medals across competitions. In Odisha, it runs a High-Performance Swimming Programme to cultivate swimming talent, with over 260 medals won in 2022. In Manipur, it supports elite judo academies by providing specialised training and implementing advanced coaching and conditioning programs, aiming to identify and develop top athletes.
