Training cum Vetiver Seed Distribution Program

A training program was conducted on vetiver and patchouli cultivation, focusing on their use as medicinal and aromatic plants for commercial and alternative agriculture. The initiative was organized in collaboration with NRL and Seuj Jatra at the Doigrong SDF Head Office. As part of the effort, SDF distributed vetiver seeds to farmers in Kenduguri, Merapani, and Bonchapori. The program also included field visits to Ajmol R&D Centre in Hojai and NEIST for practical exposure.
Beneficiaries: Farmers from the Kenduguri region.
