Description* Blood donation drive - AIL conducted a Mega Blood Donation Camp in Bhachau.

Tribal and Rural Development
DescriptionIndia’s landless farmers, daily wage laborers, and underserved castes are among the most marginalized groups. To support and uplift these communities, AIL has partnered with the Bhansali Trust and the Karunah Society for Development. Through this collaboration, AILprovides essential community development initiatives, including health camps, interest-free loans, and digital skills training.
Siksha Protsahan Kendras (SPKs)
The Karunah Society for Development has established six operational SPKs in Pattan, Pabal, Tiwarkhed, Mangona Kala, Godhni, and Somgadh. These centers are dedicated to enhancing educational opportunities for children in underserved regions.
Health Camp Initiative
A mega health camp was organized at the society office in Prabhat Pattan village, near Ambedkar Bhavan, offering general medical consultations, eye check-ups, and blood tests to improve healthcare access.
Digital Empowerment – Computer Center in Tiwarkhed
To bridge the digital divide and equip individuals with essential digital skills, the Karunah Society for Development inaugurated a computer center in Tiwarkhed, empowering the community with technology-driven opportunities.

Green Environment and Water Conservation
DescriptionThe commitment to sustainable water and soil conservation is reflected in diverse partnerships with trusts and organizations dedicated to promoting chemical-free farming, expanding drinking water reservoirs, reviving traditional water harvesting systems, and supporting animal healthcare. In collaboration with Kutch Nav Nirman Abhiyan, AIL launched the Jal Mandir Abhiyan—a comprehensive water management and conservation initiative. This project enhances the capacity of existing drinking water talavs (ponds) to benefit local communities and wildlife alike. By focusing on providing safe drinking water, recharging groundwater resources, reviving time-tested water harvesting methods, and conserving local flora and fauna, this initiative has significantly improved water quality and availability, reduced water scarcity, and fostered sustainable development.

Women’s Empowerment
DescriptionThe Aarti Foundation has joined forces with the Tribal Integrated Development and Education Trust (TIDE) to empower tribal women in 3,155 villages across Assam and Meghalaya. Disaster Relief and Rehabilitation
DescriptionRelief Project for Floods and Earthquakes - AIL has actively supported communities impacted by floods and landslides in Bihar, Jammu, Uttarakhand, Srinagar, Tamil Nadu, Assam, Orissa, Gujarat, and Sri Lanka. By collaborating with local NGOs, it constructed relief homes and provided safe accommodations for affected families. Relief kits—including food, drinking water, utensils, clothing, dignity kits for women, special nutritional packages for children, essential medicines, and hygiene supplies—were distributed to help stabilize lives in crisis. Additionally, AIL contributed to earthquake relief and rehabilitation efforts in Kutch, Indonesia, and Nepal.
Drought Relief - During drought conditions, it extended support to those affected in the Kutch district of Gujarat and the Beed district of Maharashtra. The initiatives included providing essential resources for both people and animals, such as critical fodder supplies, to help mitigate the impacts of water scarcity.
Helping in the Fight Against COVID-19 - It has adopted the first-responder mindset across the company to ensure the safety of its employees and strives to protect the health and well-being of the communities in which it operates.CauseStatesDemographics
