NATCO is committed to uplifting society through skill development and employment. The organization operates fully equipped Vocational Training Centres in Kothur and Nagarjunasagar, offering tailoring training to rural women, enabling them to earn a livelihood. Additionally, NATCO supports these women by identifying employment opportunities for them after completing their training.

As part of this effort, a kitchen garden initiative was introduced, providing seeds to rural households to help them cultivate their own gardens. This initiative promotes healthy organic farming while also assisting rural families in reducing their food expenses.

Under the NATCO Trust, two CBSE schools have been established—one in Rangapur and another in Guntur district. To ensure efficient school management, NATCO Trust has partnered with Hippocampus Learning Centres. Additionally, volunteers actively teach in Anganwadis located in Kothur, Nagarjunasagar, Hyderabad, and Guntur.

Furthering its commitment to education, the trust collaborates with government schools to conduct post-school tuition and has partnered with Teach for India to support primary school education in Hyderabad.

The trust also provides coaching for Gurukuls, which are fully government-funded residential institutions in Telangana, offering education from 5th to 12th standard. For the past 15 years, NATCO Trust has extended financial support and teaching assistance to the NATCO Government High School in Hyderabad, ensuring continued access to quality education.

Providing affordable treatment for patients is a core value of NATCO. Through its CSR initiatives, the organization is committed to delivering quality healthcare to underprivileged communities and individuals in rural areas.
