It collaborates with Sankara Nethralaya and IIT Madras to deploy Mobile Eye Surgical Units, offering high-quality, free eye care services to underprivileged communities. These mobile units, equipped with operating facilities, aim to build awareness, conduct comprehensive eye exams, and provide on-site cataract surgeries. Cases unsuitable for on-site treatment are referred to nearby hospitals for free care, ensuring accessible and sustainable eye health solutions.

L&T Technology Services Limited, through its Corporate Social Responsibility initiative Naya Savera, aims to empower underprivileged communities by offering skill development programs to enhance employability. It collaborates with partners like LabourNet and Aarambh to deliver training in areas like Mumbai, Bangalore, and Chennai, focusing on rural regions. The program targets unemployed women, youth, and differently-abled individuals, providing technical and communication skills alongside government-certified training. By fostering partnerships with stakeholders such as schools, trainers, and microfinance groups, it ensures sustainable livelihoods while promoting confidence and inclusivity in society.

L&T Technology Services Limited, under its Naya Savera (Education) initiative, promotes science and technology learning for underprivileged students through its Mini Science Lab program. It collaborates with STEM Learning, Arch Social Consultants, and Aarambh to deliver engaging, interactive education with 60 approved working models and local-language materials for students in classes 5 to 10. The program trains teachers, sets up student councils for implementation, and enhances school involvement by requiring basic infrastructure. It has reached over 10,610 students and trained more than 80 teachers, improving interest and performance in science and mathematics, especially among female students.
