The initiative focuses on the protection and preservation of national heritage, art, and culture, including the restoration of historic buildings, sites, and artworks. It also supports the establishment of public libraries and promotes the development of traditional arts and handicrafts, ensuring their continuity for future generations.

Medical consultation services were provided to the general public at OPD centers in Mandideep and Tawanagar, with free medicines distributed to BPL category patients. Health camps were organized in villages, offering medical assistance and free medicines to economically weaker sections in collaboration with Sewa Bharat, Bhopal. To ensure access to clean drinking water, water coolers with reverse osmosis filters were installed at public places like bus stops and temples in Mandideep and surrounding areas. Additionally, vaccination and artificial insemination camps for cows and buffaloes were conducted across 12 villages, in partnership with Shant Gram Sansthan.

Graphite School has transformed into a modern educational hub, featuring state-of-the-art classrooms, well-equipped laboratories, libraries, and sports facilities, creating an inspiring learning environment. Emphasizing holistic education, the school has introduced a variety of extracurricular activities to foster well-rounded development.

To meet local literacy needs, the school now operates two shifts, accommodating 1,250+ students annually. A new building was established to support the growing student population, while school fees were subsidized for 200+ BPL-category students. Laboratories and libraries were renovated and upgraded with modern resources, and the school secured CBSE affiliation to enhance academic standards.

Beyond campus initiatives, a computer center was launched in Tawa Nagar to provide basic computer education to disadvantaged students, successfully completing two batches. Additionally, financial support was extended to hearing-impaired students at Asha Niketan School for Deaf and Dumb, Bhopal, covering hostel fees, books, and uniforms.

The initiative focuses on promoting education, including special education, and enhancing vocational skills to improve employment opportunities, particularly for children, women, the elderly, and the differently abled. Additionally, it supports livelihood enhancement projects to foster sustainable economic growth.
