The Isha Education project in Tamil Nadu upgrades infrastructure at Isha Vidhya Rural School with better storage, flooring, and kitchen extensions. In Karnataka, Saraswat Education Society’s Bhaskara Computer Lab equips 470 rural students with digital literacy skills, ensuring better educational outcomes.

SBI General Insurance enhances healthcare access and innovation for underserved communities. In West Bengal, a Daycare Holistic Centre provides healthcare, education, and vocational support to 1,000 villagers and 100 children. In Telangana, 490 children fighting cancer receive nutritional aid to improve treatment outcomes. In Delhi, Patna, and Jodhpur, neuro-rehab centres offer physiotherapy for underprivileged patients with traumatic injuries, strokes, PTSD, and autism. In Meghalaya, 300 patients receive cataract treatment through patient transport services. In Maharashtra, a mobile mammography van conducts 5,000 screenings annually for early breast cancer detection. Additionally, a hyperthermia device for breast cancer treatment is being developed to improve affordability. By combining direct medical support with research-driven solutions, this programme ensures better healthcare outcomes for vulnerable communities across India.

SBI General Insurance supports sustainable livelihood initiatives to empower underprivileged communities. In West Bengal, the Missing Link Trust established a livelihood centre in the Sundarbans, equipping 100 vulnerable women with skills to earn a stable income. This initiative addresses poverty and exploitation by providing the necessary resources for self-sufficiency. In Gujarat, the Dilkhush Welfare Society project improved living conditions for 25 disabled adults by refurbishing a two-decade-old vocational centre. The renovation enhances the learning environment, enabling residents to engage in skill-based activities, contributing to their self-reliance and overall well-being.

This programme focuses on equipping individuals with vocational skills to improve employability. In Maharashtra, the Samarth Bharat Vyaspeeth project set up a Vocational Training Centre at Signal School in Thane, providing technical education to 12–20 homeless students. By offering hands-on training and mainstream education, the initiative aims to reduce dropout rates and uplift marginalised youth. The project ensures skill development, creating better employment opportunities and fostering long-term economic independence.

SBI General Insurance actively supports disaster relief and road safety. In Assam, Goonj provided post-flood relief to 2,400 households. In Mumbai, 3,000 reflective jackets were distributed to the Traffic Police to improve night visibility and reduce accidents. On the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and Pune-Satara-Kagal Highway, the Zero-Fatality Corridor project focuses on reducing road accidents through better engineering, emergency care, enforcement, and education.

This programme promotes renewable energy and environmental conservation. In Maharashtra, three schools in Igatpuri benefit from solar energy solutions and a backup generator, ensuring uninterrupted learning for 130 students. In Uttarakhand, the SBI Foundation’s project supports ecotourism, horticulture, bio-farming, and soil and water conservation to combat climate change in 10 villages.

In Karnataka, ISKCON’s Anna Shree Feeding Programme provides free meals to patients, attendants, and healthcare workers in government hospitals, reducing financial stress on underprivileged families.
