    • Dual VET

      Description

The Dual VET program at ITIs, modeled after the German vocational training system and implemented in partnership with Tata STRIVE, actively engages local industries to provide in-plant training for ITI trainees. ITI instructors receive training in dual VET pedagogy that emphasizes inquiry-based and project-based learning during their sessions. This two-pronged approach enables ITIs to deliver superior educational methods while integrating local industry partners into the trainee’s journey. The project builds a sustainable pipeline of skills and jobs from ITIs to industry, ensuring that trainees are fully industry ready.
