Additionally, it revived two ponds, impacting 11,545 family members, and supported 36 farmers by installing irrigation pipelines spanning 8,918.92 meters to promote efficient agricultural water use.

Ashok Leyland Limited focuses on improving health care for the commercial vehicle community, addressing lifestyle-related health issues such as incorrect eyesight, hypertension, diabetes, tuberculosis, and AIDS. It established a Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) staffed by medical professionals and social workers to provide free health services in selected regions. The MMU conducts health education, screenings for hypertension and diabetes, eyesight correction, and AIDS awareness, along with promoting overall health and wellness within the community.
