Impact

- Reached and supported 20,000 domestic workers with welfare benefits including pensions, maternity, marriage, and educational support, along with access to e-Shram and Ayushman Bharat cards. - Facilitated 215 tripartite job contracts, wage increases for 3,100 workers, annual bonuses for 4,800, and awareness training for 1,700 on dignity and conduct. - Enabled social security access through registrations with welfare boards, benefiting 890 widows and destitute women. - Conducted 44 networking meetings and placed 42 domestic workers in jobs through skill-based programs. - Advocated for domestic workers’ rights through petitions signed by 602 workers, and engaged 20 MPs and 106 MLAs to push for legislative changes. - Established 200 Children’s Parliaments involving 6,000 children, educating them on rights, leadership, hygiene, and career development. - Provided empowerment programs and training to over 1,000 children on self-defense, constitutional rights, mental health, and menstrual hygiene. - Enabled children to actively participate in community development by submitting 30 petitions that led to infrastructure and public service improvements. - Raised community awareness on critical social issues like early marriage, gender equality, and substance abuse through events and street campaigns. - Supported over 7,500 migrant workers with safe migration training, legal aid, crisis intervention, and helped over 2,100 register for welfare benefits.
