The Division of Cancer Therapeutics offers comprehensive services, including outpatient management for various cancers such as head and neck, thoracic, gastrointestinal, pediatric, hemato-oncology, and women's cancers. Facilities include radiation oncology with advanced linear accelerators, surgical and medical oncology, pediatric ICU, nuclear medicine, stem cell transplant unit, intensive care, and specialised departments for pain management, rehabilitation, psycho-oncology, dentistry, and palliative care, ensuring holistic cancer treatment and support under one roof.

The Division of Cancer Research at NCI conducts clinical trials to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of new or existing cancer treatments. These trials follow a structured process from lab studies to human testing. With state-of-the-art infrastructure, NCI complies with ICMR, Schedule Y, and ICH-GCP guidelines, under the oversight of a registered Institutional Ethics Committee, ensuring adherence to national and international regulatory standards.
