Launched by the Sanshil Foundation in 2020, FLOW Pads is a non-profit initiative combating period poverty in rural India. Born during the COVID-19 pandemic, it provides reusable cotton pads free of cost and raises awareness about menstrual hygiene. These eco-friendly pads reduce landfill waste and replace up to 500 disposable pads per user. The initiative also supports rural livelihoods by employing village women in Haryana to produce the pads.
