StateArogya Vahini Trust implements the Sri Samriddhi Malnutrition Prevention Program to address nutrient deficiencies and dietary imbalances among children. It follows a multi-level approach to ensure proper nutrition. The Breakfast Program, inspired by the Sri Sathya Sai Annapoorna Breakfast initiative, aims to prevent schoolchildren from attending classes hungry. Since 2015, it has provided around 80,000 breakfasts over five years, serving 60 children daily in West Bengal. The initiative also includes periodic health screenings to monitor and support children's well-being.

Disaster Relief & Rehabilitation
Arogya Vahini Trust actively engages in disaster relief and rehabilitation, responding to natural calamities and health crises. During the COVID-19 outbreak, it supported healthcare workers with protective kits to strengthen preventive measures. It addressed community needs by distributing food, medicines, and hygiene kits in affected areas. In 2019, it aided 2,000 flood victims in Morigaon, Assam, and supported cyclone-affected fishermen in Penthakata, Odisha, with essential supplies. It constructs rehabilitative homes for displaced communities in the Sundarbans. Every summer, it supplies drinking water to villages in South 24 Parganas and distributes water to hospitals, pedestrians, and police in Kolkata. It annually provides blankets and food to the homeless on Christmas, conducts sanitation programs to prevent disease, supports elderly individuals with medicines and rations, and organises mass community feeding during difficult times.
