Atul Foundation works towards uplifting underprivileged communities through six key focus areas: Education, Empowerment, Health, Infrastructure, Conse Read morervation, and Relief. It strives to enhance lives in rural areas by supporting sustainable development and promoting socio-economic progress. Through targeted initiatives, it fosters skill development, improves healthcare access, strengthens infrastructure, and advances educational opportunities, ensuring impactful contributions to societal welfare. It operates through 15 institutions and 43 small projects, each addressing specific community needs. Institutions such as Kalani Shala, Atul Vidyalaya, and the Atul Institute of Vocational Excellence focus on education, while health services are provided through the Atul Foundation Health Centre. Various programs under its umbrella—including Urmi, Ulhas, and Utkarsh—support empowerment and development efforts. By integrating resources and expertise, it continues to build inclusive and sustainable solutions for community growth.

  • Economic Empowerment Programme

    Atul Foundation advances economic empowerment through initiatives that support financial independence, sustainable livelihoods, and access to welfare schemes. It organises self-help groups where women contribute savings, access financial assistance, and receive entrepreneurship training. By providing cattle to tribal families, it creates stable income sources while promoting best practices in livestock management. Additionally, it facilitates awareness and access to government schemes, guiding individuals through documentation and application processes. Through these efforts, it strengthens financial stability and social inclusion for disadvantaged communities.

  • Healthcare Programmes

    Atul Foundation promotes health and well-being through targeted initiatives focusing on maternal and child nutrition, as well as women's health. It educates pregnant and lactating mothers on the importance of proper nutrition during the first 1,000 days of a child's life while training healthcare providers to enhance maternal care. Through the Sampoorna project, it works to reduce anaemia among adolescent girls and women of reproductive age by conducting screenings, providing treatment, and promoting awareness. By integrating education, medical support, and community engagement, it strengthens access to essential health services in rural areas.

    Atul Foundation provides relief and rehabilitation to vulnerable communities through targeted support programs. Through Ojas, it encourages school enrollment and protects children from exploitative labour practices. It also strengthens community-based rehabilitation by offering need-based assistance to persons with disabilities and facilitating access to government schemes. Additionally, it supports migrant workers' children with literacy programs and health awareness, fostering resilience and inclusion among disadvantaged groups.
